Kris Forsyth

Kris began selling real estate in California in 1987. Working in both the commercial and residential arenas, she has weathered numerous market adjustments and has learned first hand how to adapt marketing and negotiating strategies to support our clients goals. With an impressive track record, a host of satisfied past clients and finely honed technical skills, Kris is known for serving her clients with  integrity, compassion and expertise. Kris lives in San Clemente with her husband, Kevin, and their two teenage children. Her local knowledge and insight regarding relocation make her a valuable asset to our clients and team.

Dan Keller

Cori Goudchaux

Born and raised in sunny Southern California Cori has an intimate knowledge of the south Orange County area. Her area knowledge as well as her years of experience gives her a competitive edge in the Real Estate industry. JS Davidson

As a resident of Orange County his entire life, John Steele Davidson (Also known as J.S. by close friends and family) has always had a strong passion for Real Estate. Mary Jean “MJ” Fryar
Over the span of a long career as an FBI Agent, Mary Jean (known to many as ‘MJ’) moved all over the United States – buying and selling multiple properties along the way. Over the years she developed a love for real estate and she now uses her extensive knowledge to make buying a home a positive and memorable experience for our buyer clients. Relocation is MJ’s specialty (she’s a Certified Relocation Expert) but she also enjoys working with first time home buyers, and empty nesters looking for that final retirement paradise are close to her heart. Although MJ has chosen OC as her ‘retirement paradise’… don’t look for her to slow down anytime soon!

Paula Burke

As a buyer's specialist for 8 years, her number one concern is building and maintaining  a relationship with her clients.  She works hard and strives to find the perfect property that fits their "wants and needs". With the excellent coaching, training  and negotiation skills, she has a proven track record at achieving those goals.  She lives in Laguna Niguel with her husband Jeff and dog Mercedes. 

Kevin Comisky
Originally from Newtown, Pa. Kevin graduated from The University of Arizona with a degree in Regional Development & Business before making his way to Southern CA. He brings a world of technical expertise to the team and is brilliant when it comes to social media, web design, SEO (search engine optimization) and creative marketing solutions. If Kevin doesn’t know how to do something, he knows who to call! Kevin manages the daily details of running our office and he’s a key point of contact for our clients. Kevin’s attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, innate resourcefulness and sincere desire to serve all culminate in a first class service experience for our clients.
